Welcome to the Q1 Course Labs Manual

The BSc EE programme at TU Delft is structured around both theory and practical work. The practical component consists of course labs and projects. Course labs run in odd quarters (1 and 3) and projects in even quarters (2 and 4). Both help you integrate and strengthen knowledge from the theory courses. Course labs are focused activities aimed at demonstrating, applying and practising a defined set of concepts taught in the lectures (e.g. current, voltage, Kirchhoff’s laws, and digital circuits such as NAND and NOR gates and flip-flops). In the course labs, all students complete the same tasks. Projects are more open-ended and cannot be completed by one student alone; they require a team effort.

This manual covers the course labs of the first quarter.
